HiWorld is UserTesting's annual customer conference—which was on tour this year in three geographies—North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. HiWorld took place under a "virtual roof" and offered keynotes, spotlights, and panels from leaders and practitioners at brands including ASUS, Burberry, Kmart Australia Limited, Microsoft, WarnerMedia, Zendesk, and more.
